Anas bin Malik reported,

A man used to write for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Whenever the Prophet ﷺ dictated to him "Sameean" (All-Hearing), he would write "Sameean Baseeran" (All-Hearing, All-Seeing), and the Prophet ﷺ would say, "Leave it." When he dictated "Aleeman Hakeeman" (All-Knowing, All-Wise), the man would write "Aleeman Haleeman" (All-Knowing, All-Forbearing).Hammad said something similar. The narrator said, He had read Surat al-Baqarah and Al Imran, and whoever had read these two had read a great deal of the Quran. Then he went off and became a Christian, saying, "I used to write for Muhammad whatever I wished, and he would just say, 'Leave it.'" Then he died and was buried, but the earth cast him out two or three times.Abu Talha said, "I saw him myself, cast out upon the ground."
