Bilal called the iqamah for the prayer, but a man approached the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and detained him in conversation until some of the people grew drowsy. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came and led the people in prayer.
حدثنا علي أخبرنا حميد
أقام بلال الصلاة فعرض لرسول الله ﷺ رجل قال فأقامه حتى نعس بعض القوم ثم جاء رسول الله ﷺ فصلى بالناس
