Anas bin Malik reported,

When Ruqayyah died, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No man who has been intimate with his wife last night should enter the grave."So Uthman bin Affan did not enter the grave.

حدثنا يونس حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة عن ثابت

أن رقية رضي الله عنها لما ماتت قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يدخل القبر رجل قارف أهله فلم يدخل عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه القبر
