Anas bin Malik reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Before the coming of Dajjal there will be years of deception, in which the truthful will be disbelieved and the liar will be believed, the trustworthy will be accused of betrayal and the treacherous will be entrusted, and the Ruwaybidah will speak."Someone asked, "And what is the Ruwaybidah?"He replied, "The petty corrupt man who speaks on matters of public concern."

عن أنس بن مالك قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ إن أمام الدجال سنين خداعة يكذب فيها الصادق ويصدق فيها الكاذب ويخون فيها الأمين ويؤتمن فيها الخائن ويتكلم فيها الرويبضة قيل وما الرويبضة قال الفويسق يتكلم في أمر العامة
