I went with Humayd to Anas bin Malik, who said, "Whenever the people pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ," or, "Whenever we pledged allegiance to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he would prompt us by saying to us, 'In what you are able.'"Ubayy said, "This is not Humayd Tawil."
