Anas bin Malik reported,

Fatimah handed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ a piece of barley bread, and he said, "This is the first food your father has eaten in three days."

أن فاطمة ناولت رسول الله ﷺ كسرة من خبز شعير فقال هذا أول طعام أكله أبوك من ثلاثة أيام
