Anas bin Malik reported,

Gourd was among the most beloved foods to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, or, gourd used to delight the Messenger of Allah ﷺ (Yazid was uncertain which). A bowl containing gourd was brought to him, and I saw him dipping two of his fingers, the index and the middle finger, into the broth, picking out the pieces of gourd with them, parting them and then bringing them together.

عن أنس بن مالك قال

كان القرع من أحب الطعام إلى رسول الله ﷺ أو كان القرع يعجب رسول الله ﷺ شك يزيد فأتي بقصعة فيها قرع فرأيته يدخل أصبعيه في المرق يتبع بهما القرع السبابة والوسطى فرق بينهما ثم ضمهما
