A young girl wearing silver ornaments was attacked by a Jew, who crushed her head with a stone and took what she was wearing. She was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ still barely alive.The Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked her, "Did so-and-so kill you?"She shook her head, no.He asked, "Was it so-and-so?"She shook her head, no.He asked, "Was it that Jew?"She nodded, yes.So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had him seized, and his head was crushed between two stones.
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا شعبة عن هشام بن زيد بن أنس
أن جارية خرجت عليها أوضاح فأخذها يهودي فرضخ رأسها وأخذ ما عليها فأتي بها رسول الله ﷺ وبها رمق فقال لها رسول الله ﷺ من قتلك فلان فقالت برأسها لا فقال فلان فقالت برأسها لا قال ففلان اليهودي فقالت برأسها نعم فأخذه رسول الله ﷺ فرضخ رأسه بين حجرين
Its chain of transmission is sahih, previously mentioned at 12940.13041m - Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, Hammam informed us, from Qatada, from Anas, from the Prophet ﷺ, with a narration similar to the hadith of Shuba, except that Qatada said in his account, "So the Jew confessed." Sahih (13041m). Its chain of transmission is sahih.
