The prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was of moderate length, and so was that of Abu Bakr, until Umar came and lengthened the morning prayer.

كانت صلاة رسول الله ﷺ متقاربة وأبو بكر حتى كان عمر فمد في صلاة الغداة
