He was asked whether the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had a ring made for himself.He replied, "Yes. One night he delayed the Isha prayer until half the night had passed, then he prayed. When he had finished, he turned his face toward us and said, 'The people have prayed and gone to sleep, but you have remained in prayer as long as you have been waiting for it.'"He added, "It is as though I can still see the gleam of his ring."

سئل هل اصطنع رسول الله ﷺ خاتما قال نعم أخر ليلة الصلاة صلاة العشاء إلى شطر الليل ثم صلى فلما صلى أقبل بوجهه فقال إن الناس قد صلوا وناموا وإنكم لم تزالوا في صلاة منذ انتظرتم الصلاة قال فكأني أنظر إلى وبيص خاتمه
