The Prophet ﷺ sent me as a judge to Yemen. He mentioned the hadith, in which the Prophet said, "Allah will steady your heart and guide your understanding." Then he mentioned the rest of the hadith.

بعثني النبي ﷺ قاضيا إلى اليمن فذكر الحديث قال إن الله مثبت قلبك وهاد فؤادك فذكر الحديث

Its isnad is hasan. Muhammad bin Jabir Suhaymi was mentioned previously at 790. The one who says here, "and Luwayn narrated to us Muhammad bin Jabir," is Luwayn. This hadith is a repetition of the one before it.
