The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me as a judge and said, "When two disputants come before you, do not rule in favor of one until you have heard from the other. That way the proper judgment will become clear to you."
حدثنا عبد الله حدثني محرز بن عون بن أبي عون حدثنا شريك عن سماك عن حنش
بعثني رسول الله ﷺ قاضيا فقال إذا جاءك الخصمان فلا تقض على أحدهما حتى تسمع من الآخر فإنه يبين لك القضاء
