Some of the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ were looking for water for ablution but could not find any. The Prophet ﷺ said, "Is there any water here?"Then I saw the Prophet ﷺ place his hand in the vessel containing the water and say, "Perform ablution in the name of Allah." I saw the water gushing forth from between his fingers, and the people performed ablution until the last of them had done so.Thabit said, I asked Anas, "How many do you reckon they were?"He replied, "Around seventy."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا معمر عن ثابت
نظر بعض أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ وضوءا فلم يجدوا قال فقال النبي ﷺ هاهنا ماء قال فرأيت النبي ﷺ وضع يده في الإناء الذي فيه الماء ثم قال توضئوا بسم الله فرأيت الماء يفور يعني بين أصابعه والقوم يتوضئون حتى توضئوا عن آخرهم قال ثابت قلت لأنس كم تراهم كانوا قال نحوا من سبعين
