I came in to visit Abu Abdul-Rahman Sulami after he had prayed the dawn prayer, and he was sitting in his place of prayer. I said to him, "If you went to your bed, it would be more comfortable for you."He replied, "I heard Ali say that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever prays the dawn prayer and then remains seated in his place of prayer, the angels send blessings upon him, and their blessing is, O Allah, forgive him. O Allah, have mercy on him. And whoever waits for the next prayer, the angels send blessings upon him, and their blessing is, O Allah, forgive him. O Allah, have mercy on him.'"
Its isnad is hasan, and it is a longer version of 1218. Haythami attributed it (10/107) to Bazzar and said, "It contains Ata bin Saaib, who suffered confusion of memory in his later years." He did not attribute it to the Musnad.
