Anas bin Malik reported,

A delegation from Yemen came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Send with us a man to teach us." So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took Abu Ubayda bin Jarra by the hand and sent him with them, saying, "This is the trustworthy one of this nation."

أن أهل اليمن قدموا على رسول الله ﷺ فقالوا ابعث معنا رجلا يعلمنا فأخذ رسول الله ﷺ بيد أبي عبيدة بن الجراح فأرسله معهم فقال هذا أمين هذه الأمة
