The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Do not let Bilal's call to prayer stop you from eating your pre-dawn meal, for there is something wrong with his eyesight."
حدثنا محمد بن بشر حدثنا سعيد عن قتادة
قال رسول الله ﷺ لا يمنعكم أذان بلال من السحور فإن في بصره شيئا
Its isnad is sahih, and it has already been mentioned, see 4147 and 6051. The hadith is in the Sahihayn, narrated by Bukhari 2/103 no. 621 (Fath al-Bari), in the Book of Adhan, chapter on the adhan before Fajr, and Muslim 2/768 no. 1093, in the Book of Fasting, chapter clarifying that entering the fast occurs with the break of Fajr, and Abu Dawud 2347, Tirmidhi 706, Ibn Majah 1691, and Ibn Abu Shayba 3/9.
