The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray during the winter days at a time when we could not tell whether more of the day had passed or more of it remained.

أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يصلي في أيام الشتاء وما ندري ما مضى من النهار أكثر أو ما بقي
