We set out with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for Khaybar. A companion of ours entered some ruins to relieve himself and reached for a brick to clean himself with, but it crumbled upon him as gold. He took it and brought it to the Prophet ﷺ and informed him of what had happened.The Prophet ﷺ said, "Weigh it."He weighed it, and it came to two hundred dirhams.The Prophet ﷺ said, "This is buried treasure, and a fifth of it is due."

خرجنا مع رسول الله ﷺ إلى خيبر فدخل صاحب لنا إلى خربة يقضي حاجته فتناول لبنة ليستطيب بها فانهارت عليه تبرا فأخذها فأتى بها النبي ﷺ فأخبره بذلك قال زنها فوزنها فإذا مائتا درهم فقال النبي ﷺ هذا ركاز وفيه الخمس
