We used to pray Maghrib with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, then one of us would head back to Banu Salama still able to see where his arrows landed.

Its chain of transmission is sahih. Bukhari narrated it in 2/4/559 of Fath al-Bari, in the Book of Prayer Times, chapter on the time of Maghrib, and Muslim narrated it in the Book of Mosques, 1/441, no. 637, and Ibn Majah in the Book of Prayer, 1/224, no. 687.
