A man named Anjashah was driving the mounts of the Mothers of the Believers, and he drove them hard. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him, "Anjashah, drive gently with the glass vessels."
حدثنا ابن أبي عدي عن حميد
كان رجل يسوق بأمهات المؤمنين يقال له أنجشة فاشتد في السياقة فقال له رسول الله ﷺ يا أنجشة رويدك سوقا بالقوارير
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari reported it, 8/44, in the Book of Manners, chapter on what is permissible of poetry, and Muslim, 4/1811, no. 2323, in the Book of Virtues, chapter on the mercy of the Prophet ﷺ.
