The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade mulamasah and munabadhah. Mulamasah is when a man touches a garment without looking at it, and munabadhah is when a man tosses his garment to another man before the buyer has had a chance to inspect it.
Its isnad is sahih. Yaqub is Ibn Ibrahim bin Saad Zuhri, and he and his father are both reliable, and his father narrates from Salih bin Kaysan and from Ibn Shihab, and Amir bin Saad is Ibn Abu Waqqas, and the hadith has already appeared at 11838.
