The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led his companions in the noon prayer. Then a man from among his companions came in, and the Prophet ﷺ asked him, "What kept you from the prayer, so-and-so?"The man mentioned some excuse, then stood up to pray. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Will no one give charity to this man by praying with him?"So a man from the gathering stood up and prayed with him.
حدثنا علي بن عاصم أخبرنا سليمان الناجي أخبرنا أبو المتوكل الناجي
صلى رسول الله ﷺ بأصحابه الظهر قال فدخل رجل من أصحابه فقال له النبي ﷺ ما حبسك يا فلان عن الصلاة قال فذكر شيئا اعتل به قال فقام يصلي فقال رسول الله ﷺ ألا رجل يتصدق على هذا فيصلي معه قال فقام رجل من القوم فصلى معه
