The Prophet ﷺ said, "Indeed, this world is green and sweet. So beware of the world and beware of women. Indeed, every treacherous person will have a banner raised for him on the Day of Judgment, and the most treacherous of all will be the ruler of the people."I have not forgotten how he raised his voice when saying this.
حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن ابن عون عن الحسن
عن النبي ﷺ قال ألا إن الدنيا خضرة حلوة ألا فاتقوا الدنيا واتقوا النساء ألا وإن لكل غادر لواء وإن أكثر ذاكم غدرا أمير العامة فما نسيت رفعه بها صوته
Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Awn is Abdullah, and Muhammad bin Abu Adi is trustworthy, here attributed to his grandfather, his name being Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Abu Adi, and his hadith is found in the collections of all the major compilers. The hadith has already appeared at 11112 and 10979.
