A man from the people said to him, "Is there no one between you and the Prophet ﷺ other than Abu Saeed?"He replied, "No, by Allah, there is no one between me and the Prophet ﷺ other than Abu Saeed. He said, 'Gold for gold, silver for silver, wheat for wheat, barley for barley, dates for dates, and salt for salt, like for like. Whoever gives more or asks for more has dealt in usury. The one who takes and the one who gives are equal in this.'"

عن النبي ﷺ قال له رجل من القوم أما بينك وبين النبي ﷺ غير أبي سعيد قال لا والله ما بيني وبين النبي ﷺ غير أبي سعيد قال الذهب بالذهب والفضة بالفضة والبر بالبر والشعير بالشعير والتمر بالتمر والملح بالملح سواء بسواء من زاد أو ازداد فقد أربى الآخذ والمعطي فيه سواء
