The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "The smell coming from the mouth of one who is fasting is more pleasing to Allah than the fragrance of musk. Allah says, 'This person fasts for My sake and abandons his desire for food and drink for My sake. So fasting is for Me, and I alone reward it.'"
حدثنا معاوية حدثنا شيبان عن فراس عن عطية
عن نبي الله ﷺ أنه قال لخلوف فم الصائم أطيب عند الله من فيح المسك قال صام هذا من أجلي وترك شهوته عن الطعام والشراب من أجلي فالصوم لي وأنا أجزي به
