The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Charity is not lawful for a wealthy person, unless he has a poor neighbor who invites him to eat with him, or he is a wayfarer, or he is striving in the path of Allah."

عن نبي الله ﷺ قال لا تحل الصدقة لغني إلا أن يكون له جار فقير فيدعوه فيأكل معه أو يكون ابن سبيل أو في سبيل الله
