The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "A neck will emerge from the Fire and will speak, saying, 'I have been entrusted today with three: every tyrant, anyone who set up another god alongside Allah, and anyone who killed a soul without just cause for another soul.' Then it will fold over them and hurl them into the depths of Hellfire."
حدثنا معاوية بن هشام حدثنا شيبان عن فراس عن عطية
عن نبي الله ﷺ أنه قال يخرج عنق من النار يتكلم يقول وكلت اليوم بثلاثة بكل جبار وبمن جعل مع الله إلها آخر وبمن قتل نفسا بغير نفس فينطوي عليهم فيقذفهم في غمرات جهنم
Its isnad is hasan, because of Atiya, and the hadith is found in Tirmidhi 4/701, no. 2573, in the chapter on the description of Hell, on what has been said about the description of the Fire, and he said, hasan gharib sahih, and Ibn Abu Shayba 13/160, no. 15988.
