Muhammad ﷺ cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who pays it, the one who records it, the one who witnesses it, the woman who tattoos, and the woman who has herself tattooed.Ibn Awn said, I asked, "Even if it is for a medical condition?"He answered, "Yes."And he cursed the one who arranges a marriage to make a divorced woman lawful again for her former husband, the man for whom this is done, and the one who withholds charity. He also said that the Prophet forbade wailing over the dead, though he did not say "cursed."I asked him, "Who narrated this to you?"He replied, "Harith Awar al-Hamdani."
Its chain of transmission is daif, because of Harith Awar, and it is not mentioned here that it is from Ali. But it has been mentioned repeatedly before that it is from Ali, and it is a repetition of 980.
