Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "As for the people of the Fire whom Allah does not intend to bring out, they will neither die in it nor live. But as for the people of the Fire whom Allah intends to bring out, He will cause them to die a true death in it until they become charcoal. Then they will be brought out in groups and cast upon the rivers of Paradise, or water from the rivers of Paradise will be sprinkled upon them, and they will sprout as a seed sprouts in the silt carried by a flood."

عن النبي ﷺ قال إن أهل النار الذين لا يريد الله عز وجل إخراجهم لا يموتون فيها ولا يحيون وإن أهل النار الذين يريد الله عز وجل إخراجهم يميتهم فيها إماتة حتى يصيروا فحما ثم يخرجون ضبائر فيلقون على أنهار الجنة أو يرش عليهم من أنهار الجنة فينبتون كما تنبت الحبة في حميل السيل
