The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The best of the men's rows is the front row, and the worst of them is the back row. The best of the women's rows is the back row, and the worst of them is the front row."He also said, "Women, do not raise your heads when you prostrate, lest you see the private parts of the men due to the tightness of their lower garments."

قال رسول الله ﷺ خير صفوف الرجال الصف المقدم وشرها الصف المؤخر وخير صفوف النساء المؤخر وشرها المقدم وقال يا معشر النساء لا ترفعن رءوسكن إذا سجدتن لا ترين عورات الرجال من ضيق الأزر
Its isnad is hasan. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel is hasan al-hadith despite some weakness in him. Abu Dawud and Tirmidhi relied on him, and before them Ahmad and Bukhari did as well, while Ibn Khuzayma and Abu Hatim criticized him. The hadith has already appeared at 8784, at the beginning of the Musnad of Abu Saeed.
