I asked Abu Saeed, "Did you hear anything from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding the lower garment?"He replied, "Yes, and I know it well. I heard him say, 'The believer's lower garment reaches the middle of his shins. There is no harm in what falls between that and the ankles. But whatever is below the ankles is in the Fire.'" He repeated this three times.
