Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

Some men whose testimony I find satisfactory bore witness before me, among them Umar, and the most satisfactory of them to me is Umar, that the Prophet of Allah ﷺ used to say, "There is no prayer after the Asr prayer until the sun sets, and no prayer after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises."

عن ابن عباس قال

شهد عندي رجال مرضيون منهم عمر وأرضاهم عندي عمر أن نبي الله ﷺ كان يقول لا صلاة بعد صلاة العصر حتى تغرب الشمس ولا صلاة بعد صلاة الصبح حتى تطلع الشمس
