The Prophet ﷺ, and he mentioned the hadith, saying that the Prophet ﷺ said, "Truly, faith belongs to Yemen and wisdom is Yemeni, and I sense the breath of your Lord coming from the direction of Yemen." Abu Mughira said, "from the direction of Maghrib." "Truly, disbelief, corruption, and hardness of heart are found among the loud-voiced herders, the people of hair and wool tents, those whom the devils waylay upon the rumps of camels."

عن النبي ﷺ فذكر الحديث فقال قال النبي ﷺ ألا إن الإيمان يمان والحكمة يمانية وأجد نفس ربكم من قبل اليمن وقال أبو المغيرة من قبل المغرب ألا إن الكفر والفسوق وقسوة القلب في الفدادين أصحاب الشعر والوبر الذين يغتال الشياطين على أعجاز الإبل
Its isnad is sahih. The end of the hadith already appeared in 2/372, 407, 408, 425, 480 of the Tabari edition, and its beginning is the previous hadith. Shabib Abu Rawh is Shabib bin Nuaym, who is trusted, though Ibn Qattan said of him, "He is unknown." However, Ibn Qani mentioned him among the companions and related from him a hadith he heard from the Prophet ﷺ
