The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "It does not befit any servant to say, 'I am better than Yunus bin Matta.'"
حدثنا هاشم حدثنا إبراهيم بن سعد حدثني أبي عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن
قال رسول الله ﷺ ما ينبغي لعبد أن يقول أنا خير من يونس بن متى
Its isnad is sahih, it occurred previously at 9999, and Ibrahim bin Saad bin Ibrahim bin Abdul-Rahman bin Awf is trustworthy, as is his father.
