The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If one of you gets up from his seat and then returns to it, he has the greater right to it."
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا حماد عن سهيل عن أبيه
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا قام أحدكم من مجلسه ثم رجع فهو أحق به
Its isnad is sahih. It has already appeared at number 10213.
