Abu Hurairah reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out among the palm groves of Madinah and said, "Abu Hurayrah," or, "Abu Hurr, those who have much are ruined. The ones with much wealth will be the ones with the least on the Day of Resurrection, except for those who give of their wealth like this and like this, and such people are few.Abu Hurayrah, shall I direct you to one of the treasures of Paradise? It is, 'There is no power and no strength except through Allah, and there is no refuge from Allah except in Him.'Abu Hurayrah, do you know what is the right of Allah upon His servants and what is the right of the servants upon Allah?"I said, "Allah and His Messenger know best."He said, "The right of Allah upon His servants is that they worship Him and associate nothing with Him, and the right of the servants upon Allah is that He not punish whoever among them does so."

حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا عمار بن رزيق عن أبي إسحاق عن كميل بن زياد

عن أبي هريرة قال

خرج رسول الله ﷺ في نخل المدينة فقال يا أبا هريرة أو يا أبا هر هلك المكثرون إن المكثرين الأقلون يوم القيامة إلا من قال بالمال هكذا وهكذا وقليل ما هم يا أبا هريرة ألا أدلك على كنز من كنوز الجنة لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله ولا ملجأ من الله إلا إليه يا أبا هريرة هل تدري ما حق الله على العباد وما حق العباد على الله قال قلت الله ورسوله أعلم قال فإن حق الله على العباد أن يعبدوه ولا يشركوا به شيئا وإن حق العباد على الله أن لا يعذب من فعل ذلك منهم
