The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If any man becomes bankrupt and another man finds his property with him, having received nothing of his debt, then it belongs to him."
حدثنا يحيى بن آدم حدثنا ابن إدريس عن هشام عن الحسن
قال رسول الله ﷺ أيما رجل أفلس فوجد رجل عنده ماله ولم يكن اقتضى من ماله شيئا فهو له
Its isnad is sahih, it occurred previously at 10545, and Abu Idris is Abdullah bin Idris bin Yazid, who was a trustworthy, virtuous imam.
