Abu Hurairah said, "Abdullah bin Umar, Samura bin Jundab, and I set out together to see the Prophet ﷺ. People told us, 'Go to the Masjid of Taqwa.' So we headed that way, and we met him coming toward us with his hands resting on the shoulders of Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them. We rushed forward before him, and he asked, 'Who are these, Abu Bakr?'Abu Bakr replied, "Abdullah bin Umar, Abu Hurairah, and Samura."
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا أبو هلال حدثنا أبو الزراع عن أبي أمين
قال انطلقت أنا وعبد الله بن عمر وسمرة بن جندب فأتينا النبي ﷺ فقالوا لنا انطلقوا إلى مسجد التقوى فانطلقنا نحوه فاستقبلناه يداه على كاهل أبي بكر وعمر رضي الله تعالى عنهما فثرنا في وجهه فقال من هؤلاء يا أبا بكر قال عبد الله بن عمر وأبو هريرة وسمرة
