The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Shall I tell you who the people of Paradise are?"They said, "Yes, Messenger of Allah."He said, "The weak and the oppressed."Then he said, "Shall I tell you who the people of the Fire are?"They said, "Yes, Messenger of Allah."He said, "Every harsh, arrogant tyrant. They are the ones whose heads never ache."
Its chain of transmission is hasan. Bara bin Yazid Ghanawi, also said to be Bara bin Abdullah bin Yazid, was declared daif by some, but Ibn Adi said of him, "In my view he is closer to being truthful than to being weak," and Haythami said the same in 2/294. Those who declared him daif did not mention any damaging criticism, so his being daif is only a possibility, and in my view he rises to the level of hasan, as Ibn Adi said. The hadith with similar wording is found in Abu Dawud, in the chapter on manners, on good character, and in Ibn Majah, 4116.
