The Prophet ﷺ said, "When Friday comes, the angels stand at the doors of the mosque and record those who arrive, first by first. The one who comes early to the Friday prayer is like one who offers a camel as sacrifice, then like one who offers a cow, then like one who offers a ram, then like one who offers a chicken, then like one who offers an egg. When the imam comes out and sits on the pulpit, they fold up their pages and sit listening to the remembrance."
