The Prophet ﷺ said, "The angels curse any of you who points a weapon at his brother, even if he is his brother through both his father and his mother."
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا ابن عون عن محمد
عن النبي ﷺ قال الملائكة تلعن أحدكم إذا أشار بحديدة وإن كان أخاه لأبيه وأمه
Its isnad is sahih. Muslim narrated it, 4/2020, no. 2616, in "The Book of Righteousness," "The prohibition of pointing weapons and the like," and Bukhari, 9/62, in "The Book of Tribulations," "The saying of the Prophet, 'Whoever bears arms against us.'"
