The Prophet ﷺ said, "The best charity is that which leaves the giver still well off. Give from what you can spare, begin with those you are responsible for, and the hand that gives is better than the hand that receives."
وبإسناده عن النبي ﷺ قال خير الصدقة ما ترك غنى أن تتصدق عن ظهر غنى وابدأ بمن تعول واليد العليا أفضل من اليد السفلى
