The Prophet ﷺ said, "If I were invited to a meal of a trotter or a foreleg, I would accept, and if a foreleg were gifted to me, I would receive it."He said, I never saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ criticize any food. If he desired it, he ate it, and if not, he left it.
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال حدثنا شعبة عن سليمان عن أبي حازم
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال لو دعيت إلى كراع أو إلى ذراع لأجبت ولو أهدي إلي ذراع لقبلت قال وما رأيت رسول الله ﷺ عاب طعاما قط إن اشتهاه أكله وإلا تركه
