Hujaya bin Adi reported,

He asked Ali about the cow, and he replied, "On behalf of seven."He asked, "What about the horn?"Ali said, "It does not harm you."He asked, "And the lame one?"Ali replied, "If it reaches the place of sacrifice." He added, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered us to examine carefully the eye and the ear."
