I was a man who experienced frequent prostatic discharge, and I felt too shy to ask the Prophet ﷺ about it because of his daughter's position as my wife. So I asked Miqdad to inquire on my behalf, and he asked him.The Prophet ﷺ replied, "He should wash his private parts and perform ablution."
Its isnad is sahih. In Tahdhib 7:185, it says, Ibn Abu Hatim reported from his father, "Urwa bin Zubayr from Ali, mursal." This is a mistaken citation, for it is not found in Marasil by Ibn Abu Hatim, page 55. Moreover, it is mistaken in itself, because Urwa was born during the caliphate of Umar, and on the day of the Camel he was thirteen years old. In Tahdhib, from Muslim bin Hajjaj in his book Tamyiz, it says, "Urwa performed the pilgrimage with Uthman, and he retained narrations from his father and from those below him among the companions." This is the established fact. The hadith has already been given with other chains of transmission. See number 977.
