When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sat during the prayer, he would place his left foot under his right thigh and shin, spread out his right foot, place his left hand on his left knee, place his right hand on his right thigh, and point with his finger.Abdul-Wahid demonstrated this for us, pointing with the index finger.
