The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Ali, do not prompt the imam during the prayer."

[Its isnad is daif] Ahmad reported it (1/146) from the hadith of Yunus bin Abu Ishaq, through this chain. Harith al-Awar is very daif and a Rafidi, and Abu Ishaq did not hear this hadith from him.
