I have not prayed behind anyone after the Messenger of Allah ﷺ whose prayer more closely resembled the prayer of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ than this young man, meaning Umar bin Abdul-Aziz. He said, "We estimated ten glorifications in his bowing and ten glorifications in his prostration."
[Its isnad is hasan] Nasai narrated it in the chapter on Tatbiq, section on the number of times tasbih is said in sujud, hadith no. 1136, from Muhammad bin Rafi with the same wording. Wahb bin Manus was deemed reliable by Dhahabi and Ibn Hibban, and he is hasan al-hadith. No consideration should be given to those who considered him unknown.
