If I had been in front of the Prophet ﷺ, I would have seen his armpits.Ubaydullah bin Muaz added in his narration that Lahiq said, "Do you not see that he is in the prayer and cannot be in front of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"Musa bin Marwan ar-Raqqi added, meaning, when he said the takbir, he raised his hands.

لو كنت قدام النبي ﷺ لرأيت إبطيه زاد عبيد الله بن معاذ قال يقول لاحق ألا ترى أنه في الصلاة ولا يستطيع أن يكون قدام رسول الله ﷺ وزاد موسى بن مروان الرقي يعني إذا كبر رفع يديه
