The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray while I was right beside him, and I was menstruating. Sometimes his garment would touch me when he prostrated. He used to pray on a small mat.
حدثنا عمرو بن عون حدثنا خالد عن الشيباني عن عبد الله بن شداد
كان رسول الله ﷺ يصلي وأنا حذاءه وأنا حائض وربما أصابني ثوبه إذا سجد وكان يصلي على الخمرة
Bukhari transmitted it in the Book of Prayer, chapter, "When the garment of the one praying touches his wife when he prostrates," h:379, and Muslim in the Book of Prayer, chapter on lying crosswise in front of the one praying, h:513, from the hadith of Khalid bin Abdullah, with the same chain, and see h:369.
